How do I set up an account?

Please visit our registration page and provide as much detail as possible. Account applications are manually reviewed. Please allow 2 working days for us to set up your account. Once done we will send your login details via email.

Do I need to be a registered company?

No. We do however need a company name and some idea of how you are trading or how you are planning to trade.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. It’s £100.

Do you supply customers from outside the UK?

Yes. We ship worldwide.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free shipping to UK mainland customers on orders over £200 excluding VAT. Orders under this amount are charged at £7.49. For customers outside the UK, please visit our shipping page for costs.

How do you deliver?

Via UPS & DPD both in the UK and overseas. Details of the carrier and a tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 5 - 7 working days.

Do you have a brochure?

No. Due to the vast range of products, seasonal items & new designs constantly being added we don’t have a brochure at this time 

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit & debit cards, PayPal, Google & Apple pay

Do you take orders over the phone?

No, not at this time. If you are having any problems ordering via our website please get in touch.

Can I sell the products on an online marketplace?

Our products can’t be re-sold on any Amazon marketplace. We do supply some eBay, Etsy & other marketplace sellers. Please provide as much detail as possible e.g. links to your stores when applying for your trade account.

Do you offer dropshipping?

No. Not at this time.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. If you would like to receive some samples before you place your first order please get in touch after your trade account has been set up.

Can I use your product images?

Yes, please get in touch if you wish to use our product images on your website or social channels.
