1.5 We reserve the right to: decline a new customer registration or suspend a customer’s account at any time and at our sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the services with or without notice, to discontinue the website or services, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice.
2.1 Goods and services sold on this website are subject to availability. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase, we will let you know as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given.
- Pricing, Description and Product Information
3.1 The prices which you must pay for the products that you order are set out on the website at the time you place your order (plus a delivery charge), except where we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered. In this event, we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
3.2 All prices are shown in £ sterling and excluding VAT where applicable. 4.1 The Order Acknowledgement email and order number are our confirmation of your order with us. Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered or provision of service, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.

- Cancellations and Returns
7.1 Returns will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you, if you wish to return a product to us for any of the above reasons you may do so within 30 days of the dispatch date. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged internal packaging. We will refund the price or replace the product. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you.
- Refunds and Exchanges
8.1 All refunds will be made to the debit or credit card on which the original purchase was made, within 30 days of the cancellation of the order or return of the goods. In the event that LimaLima is unable to credit your original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternate method of refund. On faulty products, after the 7 day cancellation period, we reserve the right to offer a spare part or repair where appropriate. We also reserve the right to offer a replacement item of similar or equal value.
9.1 You agree to indemnify and hold LimaLima harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses that arise out of the content you submit, post or transmit via the LimaLima website, or from your use/misuse of the website, or the use/misuse by any person for whom you are responsible or from your violation of the terms and conditions.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
10.1 We reserve the right to change any aspect of these terms and conditions without notice, at any time. This right shall not affect the existing terms and conditions accepted by the customer at the point of purchase.
11. Force Majeure
11.1 We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations should delay or failure result from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Including but not limited to: acts of god, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension to deliver obligation.

We have taken every care to describe and show all items as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in appearance may occur.
Prices on the website are in British Pound Sterling (GBP) and do not include VAT. We make every effort to keep the prices on our website up to date, however any changes are subject to change without notice. VAT is charged at the standard rate as laid out by the British Government http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/vat/
Every effort is made to ensure the prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of placing an order. If an item has been priced in error, we may contact you and either equest that you place a new order at the correct price or cancel the whole order. Any overpayment received from you with respect to the cancelled item(s) will be credited back to your original method of payment. We may continue to fulfill under priced orders at our discretion.
If we discover that any of the items are unavailable, we will email you to determine whether you would like an alternative item or refund, if a refund is chosen it will be processed within 5 working days. If we do not receive a reply from you within 3 working days, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
It is the responsibility of the customer to monitor our product pricing and information and update any stock levels accordingly. LimaLima Ltd cannot be held accountable for any potential loss of earnings through customers continuing to advertise out of stock, incorrectly prices or discontinued products.

Payment can be made by PayPal or Stripe. If your payment fails your order will be cancelled, unless you contact us to specify otherwise.
No goods will be despatched until payment has been made in full, and the funds have cleared. Please be aware if you are paying by a PayPal eCheque these may take up to two weeks to clear.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address given at the online checkout is correct at the time of placing the order.
While we will make every effort to assist by editing address and order details as requested, this cannot be guaranteed – particularly during busy periods Updates cannot be completed after the order has been dispatched.
A new order will need to be placed using the updated delivery address if we are unable to amend the details.
Orders are usually delivered 1-2 working days after dispatch. Please note a working day is any day other than weekends and Bank or other Public Holidays.
While all orders are sent by 1st class post, carrier delays are out of our control. We make every effort to ensure goods are promptly dispatched and delivered, LimaLima Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
LimaLima Ltd retains ownership of all goods shipped within the UK until they have been delivered or left in a safe place by the courier. Once your goods have been delivered, the risk of damage or loss of the item passes to the recipient
You are able to cancel any order up until it is dispatched. Upon cancellation of your order we will refund you in full within 5 working days.

We will accept returns for up to 30 days following dispatch of an order. We will not handle returns from your customer. If your customer wishes to return items they must send it back directly to you. If you wish to return items to us we ask that you ensure they are in pristine, resellable condition. Once the items have been received, a full refund will be processed within 5 working days minus the cost of any delivery charges..
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty we will replace the item promptly upon receipt of sufficient evidence or physical return of the goods. If, for any reason, we are unable to replace the item (for example, due to discontinuation of a product), you will be offered a choice of a substitute alternative product or a refund for the faulty item.
